One of the ways I've been able to embrace giving up simple carbs and processed foods is by enthusiastically embracing the more healthful foods that I really do enjoy. I'll be sharing recipes and other goodies here.

Some of my favorite no-prep snacks:

1. Zevia - stevia-sweetened soda (I like lemon-lime and citrus)
2. Food Should Taste Good chips: Cheddar Cheese, White Cheddar and Blue Corn are my favs (one serving has 3g of fiber) - these have proven dangerous to me, as I tend to eat too many in one sitting. They are HIGHLY addictive. You have been warned.
3. Frozen blueberries
4. Cashews
5. Terra chips (Thai Basil Curry flavor has proven dangerous - see notes on number 2 above.)
6. Grain-sweetened chocolate chips
